The terms, policies and conditions described below govern the use of this site "Alternativetees.com".

The use and/or placement of any order indicates your acceptance of these Conditions.

Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Alternativetees.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Credit Cards
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with Alternativetees.com. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.

Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks
Alternative Tees accepts in U.S. Dollars only. Orders needing to ship C.O.D will incur an additional shipping fee for insurance of the product. All C.O.D. orders must be called in. We will charge a $35 fee on all returned checks.

Shipping Policy
Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 3:00PM will ship the same day or next day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 3:00 PM will ship the next business day. We usually ship via UPS ground.

 
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Alternative Tees or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Out-of-Stock Products
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 3:00PM, or by the next business day. If your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday, those orders will ship the following business day. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Alternative Tees shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Alternative Tees shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Alternative Tees shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Other Conditions
These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order. Alternative Tees reserves the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.

Privacy: Any information shared with Alternative Tees will only be used by Alternative Tees and solely for the purpose of completing your transaction. Your information will not be shared or sold to any other companies. Alternative Tees will keep your information on file for reference on future orders.

Gift Vouchers: If you are an existing client and have received an Alternative Tees Gift Certificate, please call in to redeem. See the “Contact Us” page of our website. Please have your order, gift certificate, and store information ready when you call.

FAQ:

Q: When will my order ship?

A: Most orders will ship same day or next day with the exception of custom orders. Orders placed after 3pm will be shipped the following business day.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Alternative Tees uses UPS as our preferred shipper. UPS has a 2-3 day ship time to

most places in the continental United States. Far West Coast states should allow 4-5

days shipping time.

Q: Can I get expedited shipping?

A: Yes. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. All orders requesting expedited shipping are required to call in to place their order.

Q: What will appear on my credit card statement?

A: Charges on your credit card will be billed by Authorize.net.

Returns and Exchanges:

Alternative Tees will accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment errors due to Alternative Tees resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase and shipped to the customer free of charge. Return labels will also be provided. All custom orders are final after customer approval.
